摘要:顆粒狀糖果包裝機設計是典型的機械系統設計,它不僅包括機構的尺寸、強度設計,還包括了傳動機械系統設計。本設計主要是針對圓臺柱狀巧克力糖的鋁箔紙包裝。設計主要內容有三方面:設計方案設計、機械手及進出糖機構設計與傳動系統鏈設計。
機械手及進出糖機構設計是本設計功能能否執行的靈魂,它也是本設計的設計重點之一。它要實現巧克力糖的輸入、折邊、抄底邊、等等功能,直到最后由輸送帶輸出。整個系統功能實現中,機械手要實現的是夾糖、折邊、轉送等重要功能,因此對機械手的形狀、夾緊力及轉位角度也提出了不同的設計要求,設計機械手時,也始終回繞著這幾點進行。
傳動系統設計,作為一個動作執行系統,動力是必不可少的,當然對動力的傳遞系統也就顯得尤其重要了。系統功能中要實現機械手轉位、送糖盤轉位、供紙、剪紙、抄紙、接糖、頂糖及撥糖等功能,它們都需要不同大小的動力,這就需要傳動系統的調節。如在機械手的轉位功能中,為實現間歇的轉位功能就得通過傳動鏈中的槽輪機構來實現,該機構要保證機械手在轉到位后,有一定的停留時間,從而為頂糖、接糖及撥糖功能的實現提供必要的機械動作執行時間。設計好的包裝機機構正常的生產率為120r/min,且其生產率可在70~130r/min.

System,motiveisnecessary.Certainlyitisparticularlyimportantofthepowertransmissionsystem.Inthesystemfunction,itmustrealizemovingthemachinehand,movingthesugardish,providingthepaper,cuttingpaper,curling,connectingthesugar,crestthesugaranddialingthesugaretc.Allthesefunctionsneedthedifferentpower.Itcanbecontrolledwiththetransmissionsystem.Suchasthefunctionofturningmachinehand,forrealizingafunctionofintermittentturningitneedsthesheaveofthetransmissiontoregulate.Afterthemachineturnedtheassuranceposition,themechanismwantstohavecertainlystopovertime,itcantakeenoughtimetocrestsugar,connectthesugaranddialsugar.Thetransmissionsystemstillguaranteedthenormalrateofproductionofpackerto120r/min.Atthesametimeitcanbecontrolledtherateofproductionat70~130r/min.

設計要求:把已加工成型的圓臺狀巧克力糖用鋁箔紙包裹起來,并逐個輸出,巧克力糖的形狀尺寸大小如圖。且保證其加工速度為120塊/min,可調范圍70—130塊/min。能量220V交流電。
建立黑箱操作指令未包裝圓臺形巧克力糖220V振動噪聲顯示已包裝好的巧克力糖環境黑箱(糖果包裝機)
